Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Camille (including the Camille Go service) as an operator. Camille and Camille Go are operated by Scicolone Consulting FZ-LLC, a free zone company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates (registration number RAKEZ202610000, commercial licence 47034656). By creating an account or deploying the Camille snippet on your website, you ("Operator") agree to them. Questions: privacy@camille.travel.

1. The service

Camille provides an AI destination expert that an Operator embeds on its own website via a JavaScript snippet. The expert converses with website visitors, answers travel questions, and captures qualified leads, which are delivered to the Operator.

2. Operator obligations

The Operator must have a valid legal basis to collect lead data from visitors on its website, and must reference Camille in its own privacy policy as a processor of visitor data. The Operator must not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the service, and must not use it for unlawful purposes or to submit harmful content.

3. Aggregated data

Operator acknowledges and agrees that Camille may produce anonymized, aggregated data derived from visitor interactions with the Camille expert panel deployed on Operator's website, and that for this aggregated analytics layer Camille acts as an independent data controller, separately from its role as processor of the Operator's leads. The aggregates are produced so that no individual can be singled out — grouped by destination and day, with cohorts that are too small dropped — and contain no name, email, IP address, or session identifier. Operator agrees to inform its website visitors of this aggregated, anonymized analytics in its own privacy notice. Camille uses this data to improve the service, produce benchmarks, and develop new products and services. This aggregation is performed only on Camille's servers and is not used for marketing or advertising and is never sold. Operator has no rights in or to such aggregated data, which is the exclusive property of Camille. Enterprise and white-label deployments are excluded from this aggregation unless their order form or contract provides otherwise.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are subject to the limits described for each plan. The free trial runs for 14 days, requires no payment card, and is capped at 100 conversations. Annual subscriptions are offered at a 20% discount versus monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Paid plans are billed for the selected period (monthly or annual) and continue for successive periods until you cancel; you may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

Fair use and plan sizing. Your Enterprise plan is sized to the usage it was quoted on, in particular the monthly conversation volume implied by your website traffic. If your actual usage exceeds double that volume for two or more consecutive months, we may propose an updated plan, giving you at least 30 days' notice. We never apply retroactive charges: you may accept the updated plan or cancel without penalty, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Figures shown before purchase are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

5. Service availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. No uptime service level applies to the free trial. For paid plans we target 99.5% uptime, measured over a calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camille is not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from service downtime or from the quality, accuracy, or completeness of AI-generated responses. The service is provided "as is".

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

8. Data processing

Where the Operator processes the personal data of its website visitors through the service, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of and is incorporated by reference into these terms. It sets out each party's data-protection obligations, with Camille acting as processor of the Operator's visitor and lead data, and as an independent controller of the anonymized, aggregated analytics described in clause 3.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
